Question- Why are Indians going abroad for their higher studies and jobs?

Answer- (1.) Talents in India get less salary and are not respected.

(2.) Talents abroad are also provided facilities to enhance their talent.

(3.) Many talents of India are not supported after being awarded the Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan. They keep wandering in the darkness of oblivion.

(4.)The most recent example is Shri Vashistha Narayan Singh, who had been battling with the disease for many years, otherwise he would have been treated abroad if he had a leader in his place.

(5.)Instead of being the support of talents in opposite times, shortages and sufferings, they are left to their own condition.

(6.)On the one hand, mentality remains.  If the government looks after the talent, discovers, makes news, otherwise there are private trusts and industrialists who, unlike them, can help, support, but such service works do not prove their selfishness, so they do not come forward and help them.  Huh.

(7.) For all these reasons, Indians leave India and study abroad and understand their goodness in doing jobs.
