Competent voluntary organizations and the government should recognize and identify such talents not only from the city but also in the villages and contribute to the development of their talent.  If we can do this, then other talents that wither before they blossom will illuminate the name of our society and country.  Talent search or any similar examination should be conducted by competent voluntary organizations and the government in villages and cities and they should be pursued by searching for talent.  There are many mathematical talents in our country who are wandering in the darkness of oblivion due to lack of opportunity.  If they are identified then both the condition and direction of our country can be reversed.  India may enter a new era.  But it requires a true mind and heart.  Whatever has happened to Shri Vashistha Narayan Singh, the great mathematician, such arrangements should not be made with anyone else.  We are heartily satisfied that the nervousness and fear of mathematics due to Mr. Rahul Adhikari winning the Karmaveer Chakra Award will help to overcome the children.

International Changemaker Olympiad Foundation and IIT Gold Medalist Rahul Adhikari was honored with the prestigious Karmaveer Chakra Award and REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship.  The honor was held on 27 November at REX Conclave in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
